Mental Health Therapy (Integrative Support Available)

Mental health therapy is a supportive, confidential space to work through emotional challenges and build practical tools for feeling better and functioning better. Therapy helps clients explore patterns in thoughts, emotions, relationships, and behaviors while developing strategies to manage stress, anxiety, depression, trauma responses, grief, life transitions, burnout, and everyday overwhelm. Sessions are tailored to each client’s needs and pace, with a focus on helping clients feel understood, grounded, and more in control of their internal experience.

Because emotional health is deeply connected to the body, therapy can also be part of an integrative care plan. When appropriate and aligned with client preferences, therapy may be coordinated with complementary supports such as medication management, acupuncture, chiropractic care, therapeutic bodywork, nutrition and lifestyle changes, and movement practices like yoga, tai chi, and structured exercise.
