Angela Barton is a longtime yoga practitioner with over 30 years of experience. In 2024, she expanded her work into teaching and completed the Accessible Yoga School training, Chair Yoga for Everyone: Learn to Practice & Teach.
Angela enjoys working with a wide range of students and places special emphasis on yoga’s mental and emotional benefits—supporting clarity and focus, calming the nervous system to ease anxiety, and using regular practice as a natural mood lifter.
