Chair Yoga is a calm, office-friendly yoga session designed for one to two participants, using a standard chair for support. Ideal for busy schedules and small spaces, this practice helps release tension from desk work—especially in the neck, shoulders, back, hips, and wrists—while improving posture, breathing, and mental clarity. Movements are gentle, low-impact, and done in everyday clothing, making it an easy reset between meetings or during a workday.

As comfort and confidence grow, participants can graduate to mat yoga, building from chair-based fundamentals into a fuller practice that may include standing poses, deeper stretching, and strength-focused sequences (as appropriate).
